This Bentley R-Type Continental Sports Saloon by H.J Mulliner was the Geneva show car for 1953 - the first year for this model - and features a host of refinements including factory-fitted spats and lightweight seats.
It comes through us with a recent full mechanical overhaul including engine, suspension and brakes.
The R-Type Continental was a return to the raw sporting heritage of W.O's Bentley Motors, which had been tamed somewhat subsequent to their take-over by Rolls-Royce. This made this particular model much sought-after and highly prized amongst collectors and enthusiasts.
Priced at £1,200,000 it represents an excellent, usable investment. Or, If you know of anyone who would like to purchase it, we would be happy to provide a sizeable finder's fee on completion. That's the Art of Good Business.
